How to Make the Perfect Pour-Over.

The pour-over is a tried and true brewing method for any coffee lover. It can bring out the natural sweetness and unique flavors each coffee has to offer.


Pour-Over Recipe:
  1. Grind 50 grams of medium-coarse coffee.
  2. Pour a small amount of water to pre-soak filter.
  3. Place coffee in filter and pour hot water (200 F) to just cover the grounds.
  4. Stir grounds and wait 30 seconds.
  5. Slowly pour the remaining 700 grams of water in a circler motion.
  6. Wait for the coffee to finish dripping (4-5 minutes total brew time).
