This coffee has a dark roast profile and flavor notes of fig, walnut, and maple syrup. The coffee was grown by smallholders - with an average of 200 trees each. The cherries were subsequently disc pulped, fully fermented, washed and sundried on elevated drying tables
Grown in the side of Mt Kenya, this high altitude coffee has distinct flavor and crisp dryness. Many people list Kenyan coffee among the five best in the world. It's popularity is largely due to the vibrant yet clean and crisp flavor, not subtle or delicate, and typically very well-balanced.
